Get your download
After payment, Stripe sends you back to your private order page. Download your ZIP there and save that page’s URL. Anyone with that link can access your purchase, so keep it private.
Payment is still processing
Use “Check payment again” on your order page. If payment was canceled or unsuccessful, return to the product page to try again. A visit to the success page alone never unlocks a download.
Missing link or a file problem?
Contact pathtoresiliencebv@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. Do not send card details or your private download link.
Refunds and purchase questions
Contact the seller at the address above with your order details. A refund or payment dispute disables the associated download link. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
